Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vyoum biotech Private Limited, we value your trust and strive to provide you with high-quality protein and nutrition products. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or until the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

    • To cancel, please contact us at admin@sprouteins.com with your order ID.

    • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • After Dispatch:

    • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return request (see Section 3).


2. Refund Policy

  • Eligible Refunds:

    • Refunds are issued in the following cases:

      • Order cancelled before dispatch.

      • Payment was deducted but order not confirmed.

      • Wrong product received.

      • Damaged or defective product received.

  • Refund Timeline:

    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.


3. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • Returns are accepted only if:

      • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

      • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Products:

    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered protein powders, supplements, and consumables are not eligible for return.

  • Process:

    • Email us at admin@sprouteins.com with order details, images of the product, and reason for return.

    • Upon verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship it back.

    • After inspection, replacement/refund will be processed.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products.

  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.


5. Important Notes

  • Ensure the returned product is in its original packaging, sealed, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to reject return/refund requests that do not comply with the above conditions.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective/damaged products.
