  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer than standard timelines.

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–7 business days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹2500.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹100 for orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional handling charge of ₹50.


5. Tracking Orders

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your package in real-time until delivery.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the package is not received, it will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for redelivery.


7. Damaged or Missing Items
